BALKIS RATU NURUL LAELA ESSER atau sering dipanggil BALKIS berasal dari Program Studi S3 Ilmu Keolahragaan, Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta menjuarai kejuaraan tingkat Internasional dalam bidang Olahraga yaitu Juara I OLIMPIADE OLIMPIADE OLAHRAGA BAGI DISABILITAS yang di ikuti 1117 peserta dari 17 perguruan tinggi yang terdiri dari 170 negara. Kejuaraan ini diselenggarakan oleh SPECIAL OLYMPICS INTERNATIONAL bertempat di BERLIN, JERMAN pada tanggal 17 Jun 2023 s/d 26 Jun 2023 From 17 to 25 June 2023, the Special Olympics World Games will take place in Berlin, and thus, for the first time in Germany.
