SINGGIH BEKTI WORSITO atau sering dipanggil SINGGIH berasal dari Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Mekatronika, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta menjuarai kejuaraan tingkat Internasional dalam bidang Penalaran yaitu Juara II Mahasiswa MELAKA INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL EXPOSITION (MIEX) 2017 yang di ikuti 500 peserta dari 50 perguruan tinggi yang terdiri dari 15 negara. Kejuaraan ini diselenggarakan oleh University Teknologi Mara, Melaka bertempat di Melaka pada tanggal 07 Nov 2017 s/d 08 Nov 2017 MELAKA INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL EXPOSITION (MIEX) 2017 MIIEX - An International Exhibition of Innovative Higher Learning Research Initiative MIIEx2017 is an international platform for local and international inventors and research scientists to present their inventions and innovations to a business community keen on commercialising unique inventions. ​ Organised by Division of Research and Industrial Linkages since 2009, this annual event attracts inventors with their latest inventions and innovations from universities, research institutions, individual inventors, young inventors, and corporations from Malaysia. ​ MIIEX2017 recognises unique inventions through the Invention, Innovation and Design Competition where local and international awards are conferred. These winning inventions gain maximum recognition and attract even more business opportunities ​ The rationalizations of MIIEx2017 are to back up the range of activities to support mutually beneficial cooperation between government organizations, local and international universities, industry and community goals. It also able to propose the chances of collaboration projects includes other forms of interaction, including joint research, expertise, consultancy, promotion, graduate development and commercialization and entrepreneurship related. ​ MIIEx2017 open the possibility of collaboration with industry or society to mutually beneficial initiatives which: ​ Being able to incorporate the latest science, industry and society in teaching and learning, research and service. Enhancing Employability through acculturation research development, academic, engineering, innovation, design, spiritual and professional students and graduates. Improving job placement of graduates through the involvement of the industry. Creating and reinforce research and development with the involvement of international participation. Utilizing resources UiTM Melaka branch of study to improve their business and economic benefits. Improving of capacity and technology, small and medium industries comprising 98.5% of national industry and Melaka in particular. Providing opportunities for UiTM Melaka to be a platform for the development of entrepreneurship and commercialization of research results and technical skills as a catalyst for economic development of the State and Melaka. Exploiting the initiative of MIIEx2017 research projects for the development of entrepreneurship and improvement of knowledge, social, sustainable economy. Increasing productivity and competitiveness of products and services involved in collaboration. Helping the economic improvement, quality, lifestyle, fun and sustainable community infrastructure development. Helping the community, especially people with autism-related work in improving the level of awareness and the technology and equipment that can help those who suffer from autism and their families. Objectives To promote the creation opportunity to involve in creation among professional (academicians and non-academicians) and students from schools and higher institutions as well as from international institutions, ​ To feature talent creator and showcase the end results of creation and innovation among intellectuals from schools, universities, government and private agencies and international participants. ​ To identify and encourage the creation and innovation of products that can be patented and commercialized. ​ To nurture the culture if innovation through research and foster interest in governmental and nongovernmental organizations for consultation and expertise from higher institution particularly from UiTM Melaka....
